Wilton Pereira Sampaio (born December 25, 1981 in Teresina de Goiás, Goiás, Brazil) is a Brazilian football referee.

Wilton currently represents the Federação Goiana de Futebol, and is listed on the FIFA table since the beginning of 2013. He was elected as one of the best referees in the 2012 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A championships.
