William Delday (July 25, 1913 – December 11, 1979) was a provincial politician from Alberta, Canada. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta from 1959 to 1967 sitting with the Social Credit caucus in government.

Delday ran for a seat to the Alberta Legislature in the 1959 Alberta general election. He stood as the Social Credit candidate in the electoral district of Bow Valley-Empress. The race was hotly contested between Delday and incumbent MLA Bryce Stringam. Delday defeated Stringam by with a comfortable majority to pick up the seat for his party.

Delday ran for a second term in the 1963 Alberta general election. He won the three-way race with a large majority to return to office.

Delday retired from provincial politics at dissolution of the assembly in 1967.
