William Douglas De Amorim (born 5 December 1991) is a Brazilian-Romanian professional footballer who plays for Romanian side Steaua București as a winger.
On 6 November 2014, De Amorim scored his first goal in UEFA Europa League, netting in the 81st minute for a 1–1 home draw against Celtic Glasgow.
On 13 August 2016, Steaua București announced the signing of Amorim for an undisclosed fee, with the player agreeing to a five-year deal with a €10 million buyout clause.
After receiving a Romanian passport, De Amorim became eligible to play for Romania. He said he would be happy to represent Romania at international level.
William De Amorim lives in Romania since he was 18. On 27 May 2016, De Amorim obtained Romanian citizenship.
