Wilber is a city in Saline County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 1,855 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Saline County. Wilber is the official "Czech Capital of the USA" and hosts an annual Czech festival in August. Wilber's school is the Wilber-Clatonia High School.

Wilber was platted in 1873 by C. D. Wilber, and named for him. In 1878, the seat of Saline County was transferred to Wilber from Pleasant Hill.

Wilber is located at 40°28′55″N 96°57′45″W / 40.48194°N 96.96250°W / 40.48194; -96.96250 (40.481838, -96.962376).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.90 square miles (2.33 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 1,855 people, 696 households, and 449 families residing in the city. The population density was 2,061.1 inhabitants per square mile (795.8/km2). There were 782 housing units at an average density of 868.9 per square mile (335.5/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 90.5% White, 1.8% African American, 0.6% Native American, 1.8% Asian, 0.4% Pacific Islander, 3.6% from other races, and 1.3% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 10.8% of the population.
