Wiesław Czaja (born 12 April 1952) is a former Polish volleyball player, a member of Polish national team in 1974-1980, World Champion 1974, silver medalist of the European Championship (1975, 1977, 1979). He competed in the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, finishing in 4th place with the Polish team.
In 2013 he led Poland men's national under-19 volleyball team to silver medal at European Youth Olympic Festival.
