Westfield Township is a township in Tioga County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. The population was 1,047 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 23.7 square miles (61.4 km²), all of it land.
Westfield Township is bordered by Brookfield Township to the north, Deerfield and Chatham Townships to the east, Clymer Township to the south and Harrison and Hector Townships in Potter County to the west.
As of the census of 2000, there were 849 people, 338 households, and 267 families residing in the township. The population density was 35.8 people per square mile (13.8/km²). There were 377 housing units at an average density of 15.9/sq mi (6.1/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 99.18% White, 0.24% Native American, 0.12% Asian, 0.12% from other races, and 0.35% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.24% of the population.
There were 338 households out of which 32.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.5% were married couples living together, 9.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.0% were non-families. 19.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.51 and the average family size was 2.80.
