West Wareham is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Wareham in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 2,064 at the 2010 census.

West Wareham is located at 41°47′28″N 70°45′2″W / 41.79111°N 70.75056°W / 41.79111; -70.75056 (41.791007, -70.750548).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 9.8 km² (3.8 mi²), of which 9.6 km² (3.7 mi²) is land and 0.2 km² (0.1 mi²) (1.85%) is water.
