West Side Highway is a census-designated place (CDP) in Cowlitz County, Washington, named after a state highway (SR 411) running north-south between Longview and Kelso. The CDP includes the communities of Beacon Hill and Lexington. As of the 2010 census, the CDP population was 5,517.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.7 square miles (6.9 km²), of which, 2.5 square miles (6.5 km²) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.4 km²) of it (6.01%) is water.
