Ward No. 44, Kolkata Municipal Corporation is an administrative division of Kolkata Municipal Corporation in Borough No. 5, covering parts of Burrabazar and Colootola (College Street} neighbourhoods in central Kolkata, in the Indian state of West Bengal. It forms a city municipal corporation council electoral constituency and is a part of Chowranghee (Vidhan Sabha constituency).
The boundaries of the ward are: C.I.T. Road, Moulana Saukat Ali Street, Tarachand Dutta Street and Mahatma Gandhi Road are in the north. College Street and Chittaranjan Avenue are to the east. Bipin Behari Ganguly Street, Dr. Lalit Banerjee Sarani and Zakaria Street are to the south. Chittaranjan Avenue, Nawab Badruddin Street, Kanai Seal Street, Phears Lane, Sreenath Babu Lane and Rabindra Sarani.are to the west.
