Ward No. 38, Kolkata Municipal Corporation is an administrative division of Kolkata Municipal Corporation in Borough No. 5, covering parts of Raja Bazar and Ahmerst Street neighbourhoods in central Kolkata, in the Indian state of West Bengal. It forms a city municipal corporation council electoral constituency and is a part of Jorasanko (Vidhan Sabha constituency).
The boundaries of the ward are: Kailash Bose Street and Mahendra Srimani Street in the north. Acharya Prafulla Chandra Street is to the east. Keshab Sen Street is to the south. Bidhan Sarani is to the west.
As per 2011 Census of India Ward No. 38, Kolkata Municipal Corporation, had a total population of 28,791, of which 16,196 (56%) were males and 12,595 (44%) were females.
