Waltham is a city in Waltham Township, Mower County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 151 at the 2010 census.
Waltham was platted in 1885, and named after Waltham, Massachusetts.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.46 square miles (1.19 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 151 people, 67 households, and 40 families residing in the city. The population density was 328.3 inhabitants per square mile (126.8/km2). There were 73 housing units at an average density of 158.7 per square mile (61.3/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 97.4% White, 0.7% Asian, and 2.0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.0% of the population.
There were 67 households of which 23.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.3% were married couples living together, 4.5% had a female householder with no husband present, 6.0% had a male householder with no wife present, and 40.3% were non-families. 31.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.25 and the average family size was 2.90.
