WZDC-CD, channel 25, is a low-powered Telemundo-affiliated television station located in Washington, D.C. The station is owned by ZGS Broadcast Holdings. WZDC's studios are located in Arlington, and its transmitter is located in the Northeast region of the District of Columbia.

WZDC-CD signed on as W64BW on UHF channel 64 on January 25, 1993, as the Telemundo affiliate in the Washington, D.C. market. On December 1, 1995, the call letters were changed to WZGS-LP, reflecting the station's ownership. On June 27, 2000, the call letters were changed to WZDC-LP. On June 3, 2002, the station began producing Spanish language local newscasts at 6 and 11 p.m. weeknights.

On April 10, 2007, WZDC-LP moved to channel 25, as the channel 64 frequency was slated to be phased out of television broadcasting. The move was also required in order to expand its coverage area throughout the metro D.C. area, including most of Prince George's County in Maryland. When the station was on channel 64, it broadcast with an effective radiated power of 12.5 kilowatts.

In 2003, the station launched La Feria de la Familia, a ZGS Station Group signature event and Washington D.C.'s largest free event for the Hispanic community in the market. La Feria welcomes over 20,000 viewers and more than 100 participating companies showcase their products and services. Top Telemundo network celebrities, international musical acts and news talent stop by to meet viewers. Traditionally, the event culminates with a grand prize giveaway of a brand new Toyota car for a lucky attendee.

WZDC's callsign was modified to have a "-CA" suffix on October 3, 2008, reflecting its status as a class A station. The suffix changed again, this time to "-CD," on September 28, 2011 to reflect WZDC's conversion to digital broadcasting.

WZDC presently broadcasts 5 hours of locally produced newscasts each week (with 1 hour on weekdays).
