WSA Winnipeg is a Canadian soccer team based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Founded in 2010, the team plays in the Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, in the Heartland Division of the Central Conference.

The team plays its home games at the Winnipeg Soccer Complex on the FIFA-approved synthetic grass of the complex's John Scouras Field. The team's colours are black, red and white.

WSA Winnipeg was announced as a USL Premier Development League expansion franchise on December 13, 2010. The team is part of the larger World Soccer Academy and is supported by Mondetta, a well-recognized brand in Canadian professional sports, as one of its primary sponsors.

The team played its first game on May 28, 2011, a 1–0 loss to Thunder Bay Chill, but achieved their first victory the following day, 3–0 in the return game against Thunder Bay. The first goal in franchise history was scored by Kenny Sacramento.

The World Soccer Academy also has a men's team in the Premier League One of the Manitoba Major Soccer League. The team operates a reserve team to the PDL team, giving young players an opportunity to gain playing experience and develop their skills.
