Vujadin Stanojković (Macedonian: Вујадин Станојковиќ, Serbian: Вујадин Станојковић; born 10 September 1963 in Kumanovo) is a Macedonian football manager and former player. He represented the Yugoslav national team and the Macedonian national team. He is ethnic Serb.
The defender was capped 21 times and scored 1 goal for Yugoslavia between 1988 and 1992, including two matches at the 1990 World Cup. Between 1994 and 1995 he got 7 caps for the newly established Macedonian national team.
After retiring Vujadin Stanojkovic held the director position in FK Makedonija Gjorče Petrov, and then in 2004 he was appointed manager of FK Vardar. He has also served as an assistant coach for the Macedonian national team under Srečko Katanec.
