Vincent Michael Rizzotto (born September 9, 1931) is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston from 2001 to 2006.
Born in Houston, Texas, Vincent Rizzotto graduated from St. Thomas High School in 1949, and then studied at St. Mary Seminary. He was ordained to the priesthood on May 26, 1956.
Rizzotto then furthered his studies at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., from where he obtained a Licentiate of Canon Law in 1963. He served as an official of the diocesan marriage tribunal from 1967 to 1972, and as pastor of All Saints Church from 1969 to 1972. He was pastor of St. Francis de Sales Church from 1972 to 1982, and raised to the rank of Monsignor on September 14, 1978. He served as pastor of St. Cecilia Catholic Community from 1982 to 2002, and became a protonotary apostolic on February 16, 2000. He also served as vicar general of the Diocese.
