Victory Lakes is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Monroe Township, in Gloucester County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's population was 2,111.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP had a total area of 2.521 square miles (6.529 km2), including 2.402 square miles (6.221 km2) of land and 0.119 square miles (0.308 km2) of water (4.72%).

As of the 2010 United States Census, there were 2,111 people, 738 households, and 568.3 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 878.9 per square mile (339.3/km2). There were 779 housing units at an average density of 324.3 per square mile (125.2/km2). The racial makeup of the CDP was 90.29% (1,906) White, 5.16% (109) Black or African American, 0.19% (4) Native American, 0.95% (20) Asian, 0.05% (1) Pacific Islander, 0.76% (16) from other races, and 2.61% (55) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.55% (75) of the population.

There were 738 households out of which 30.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.6% were married couples living together, 13.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.0% were non-families. 16.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.85 and the average family size was 3.21.
