Vascular-targeting agent

A vascular-targeting agent (VTA) or vascular disrupting agent (VDA) is a drug designed to damage the vasculature (blood vessels) of cancer tumors causing central necrosis.

VTAs can be small-molecule or ligand-based.

Small-molecule VTAs include:
