Valašské Meziříčí (Czech pronunciation: [ˈvalaʃskɛː ˈmɛzɪr̝iːtʃiː]; German: Wallachisch Meseritsch), colloquially Valmez, is a town in the Zlín Region, the Czech Republic. The town has 27,960 inhabitants.

Vsetínská Bečva and Rožnovská Bečva rivers join in the town to form the Bečva River.

The first mention of Valašské Meziříčí dates from the 13th century. The name comes from "mezi-říčí" (being between rivers); the centre is in the wedge of confluencing Bečva and Vsetínská Bečva rivers. The adjective specifies that this town is in the Moravian Wallachia.
