Uttar Raypur is a census town in Budge Budge I CD Block under Budge Budge police station of Alipore subdivision in South 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal.
Uttar Raypur is located at 22°28′N 88°12′E / 22.46°N 88.20°E.
