Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (Hindi: उत्तर प्रदेश क्रिकेट संघ, Urdu: ‎), formerly United Provinces Cricket Team, is the governing body of the Cricket activities in the Uttar Pradesh state of India and the Uttar Pradesh cricket team. It is affiliated to the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

Maharaja Vijay Anand Gajapati Raj Bahadur or Maharajkumar of Vizianagram, was the founder President of Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association and Andhra Cricket Association. He was captain of Indian cricket team in 1930's and Indian Cricket Commentator in 1960's. He developed Indian Cricket a lot in Andhra and Uttar Pradesh. He married Princes of Kashipur and settled in Varanasi.

Green Park Stadium in Kanpur is the current home ground for UPCA but it is looking for a land between Kanpur and Lucknow to have their own stadium because the fee to hold a one-day match has been set at a whopping one crore rupees by the state government. But until they get new one, Green Park would continue to hold international matches.

December 2013, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh declared that Lucknow will get a state-of-the art international cricket stadium by the first quarter of 2017.

Government had ordered for the stadium and a sports complex that will be built in a 67-acre of land real estate development zone in area of Mastemau and Ardaunamau villages near the Chak Gajaria.
