Ambedkar University (formerly Agra University, estd. 1927), which has the distinction of being one of the oldest Universities of India. The Institute is situated at the Khandari Campus of the University, in the green belt of Agra city, in pollution free environment.
The Institute of Social Sciences (ISS), Agra is situated at Paliwal campus in university premises. It was established in year 1955.
