Unadilla is a village in Otoe County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 311 at the 2010 census.
Unadilla was platted in 1871 when the Missouri Pacific Railroad was extended to that point. It was named after Unadilla, New York, the former hometown of an early settler.
Unadilla is located at 40°41′01″N 96°16′18″W / 40.683645°N 96.271604°W (40.683645, -96.271604). According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.31 square miles (0.80 km2), all of it land.
