Ubisoft Kiev (also known as Ubisoft Ukraine) is a Ukrainian video game developer based in Kiev, Ukraine. The company is owned and operated by Ubisoft. It is one of Ubisoft's Eastern European games studios, along with Ubisoft Bucharest and Ubisoft Sofia.

About opening of the studio was officially announced in the press release April 29 2008. It was also said that at the beginning Ukrainian studio will work in co-op with Romanian, but then proceed to be an independent game developer. Some of the developers were trained at Ubisoft Romania, and worked there on the porting arcade flight simulator Blazing Angels 2: Secret Missions of WWII with the Xbox 360 on PC prior to the opening of the studio.

On March 17 2009, a port of the Xbox 360 version of the game Tom Clancy's HAWX was released on PC with the help of six of the studio's employees. As of March 2010 the team included sixteen people, with the possibility of future expansion. In an interview later that year with website PlayGround.ru it was revealed that, the studio was working on adding support for the game engine, developed by the main company, as well as porting unannounced games for the PC and Mac OS versions of games and collaborating with other Ubisoft studios.
