(formerly Ubi Soft Studios S.R.L.), doing business as Ubisoft Milan (formerly Ubi Soft Milan), is an Italian video game developer and subsidiary of Ubisoft based in Milan, Italy. The studio opened its doors in 1998, and focuses on porting games to the current generation of consoles and handhelds, and primarily develops video games in series such as Rayman, Just Dance, Raving Rabbids, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six and Assassin's Creed.
