Tulva (Russian: Тулва) is a river in Perm Krai, Russia, a tributary of the Kama River. The river is 118 kilometres (73 mi) long, and its drainage basin covers 5,530 square kilometres (2,140 sq mi).

The river begins in the highlands in the far south of Perm Krai. Its mouth is 10 kilometres (6 mi) southeast of the town of Osa. The main tributaries are the Barda River, Bolshaya Amzya River, Malaya Amzya River, Chiriz River, Tyundyuk River, Sarashka River, Yermiya River, and Iskilda River.
