Trivandrum International Stadium or Greenfield Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Kerala, used mainly for association football and cricket. The stadium is located at Kariavattom in Thiruvananthapuram city, Kerala, India. It is India's first DBOT (design, build, operate and transfer) model outdoor stadium.

The ground is designed such that it can be used for international games of cricket and football. The playing arena in the stadium has been constructed in line with FIFA regulations and International Cricket Council norms.

It has facilities for indoor sports like table tennis, basketball, badminton etc., a gymnasium and spa, a club house with five star facilities, tennis court, Olympic size swimming pool, open convention cum trade cum exhibition centre, retail outlets, food courts, club facilities, car parking, etc. It has a seating capacity for 55,000 spectators.

This multi-functional stadium will be capable of hosting international cricket and football matches as well as cultural and entertainment events. Open Parking for 2000 cars is also available. A new road has been constructed from Kariavattom National Highway to the stadium.

It is the first stadium in the country coming up on DBOT (Design-Build- Operate and Transfer) basis. It is also the first stadium in the country to be developed on annuity mode.Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) had won the bid with the lowest NPV(Net Present Value) quote for Rs.141.19Cr.

IL&FS has formed a special purpose vehicle, Kariavattom Sports Facilities Limited (KSFL), for the construction of the stadium. The total land in the layout is 37 acres. The concession period is for 15 years including construction period of 2 years from the commencement date.

Annuity payments shall be made on an annual basis by National Games Secretariat (NGS), over 13 structured annuities.The entire project is expected to be completed prior to the scheduled Commercial Operation Date (COD) of December 18, 2014.The estimated project cost is Rs. 240 cr. The stadium has witnessed the opening of the 35th National Games of India.
