Tredington is a parish and small village located two miles north of Shipston-on-Stour in Warwickshire. Until 1931, Tredington, like Shipston, formed part of Worcestershire.

The village has a primary School, church, and pub; however, the former village shop has now closed.

The River Stour runs through Tredington, and it was here that Geoff Crabtree caught the second largest pike ever to have been landed in the UK, weighing in at 45 lb 7oz (20.6 kg).

Neighbouring villages include Ilmington and Halford.

The village church of St Gregory has the tallest spire in Warwickshire, while the front door still shows the marks bullets fired during the English Civil War.
