Trammell Crow Company is an American real estate development, investment, and operations company founded by Trammell Crow, and operated as an independent subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc. It was founded by Trammell Crow in 1948 and purchased in late 2006. Its headquarters are located at 2100 Mckinney Avenue in Downtown Dallas, Texas.

Trammell Crow Company’s teams are located in approximately 15 major cities throughout the United States. The company serves users of, and investors in, office, industrial, retail, healthcare, multi-family residential, and mixed use projects. For investor clients, the company offers large strategic joint ventures, opportunity funds, and other targeted investment options.

Trammell Crow Company is an independently operated subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm (based on 2011 revenues).
