Tommy Vietor (born August 31, 1980) is a former spokesperson for the U.S. National Security Council and for President Obama from 2011-13. He previously worked on Obama's staff during his time in the United States Senate.
In 2016, Vietor became a regular co-host of the political podcast Keepin' it 1600, along with former Obama administration alumni Jon Favreau, Dan Pfeiffer, and Jon Lovett. Shortly after the November 2016 election, Vietor co-founded the company Crooked Media with Lovett and Favreau, and co-hosts Pod Save America. He also hosts a separate podcast covering global issues and policymaking decisions called Pod Save the World.
