Toledo is a village in Cumberland County, Illinois, United States. The population was 1,238 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Cumberland County.
Toledo is part of the Charleston–Mattoon Micropolitan Statistical Area.
Toledo is located in the center of Cumberland County at 39°16′20″N 88°14′34″W / 39.27222°N 88.24278°W (39.272115, -88.242778).Illinois Route 121 passes through the village, leading southeast 5 miles (8 km) to Greenup. Neoga is 14 miles (23 km) to the west.
