Todd Dunivant (born December 26, 1980) is a retired American soccer player.
Dunivant won 2 state championships in 1997 and 1998 back to back at Dakota Ridge High School. He was also Valedictorian for his class of 1999. Dunivant played college soccer at Stanford University from 1999 to 2002. As a sophomore, he set a school record for assists by a defender with nine, and was named first-team All-Pac-10. Dunivant went on to register six goals and seven assists as a junior, and two goals and eleven assists as a senior, being named first-team All-Pac-10 both years, as well as a first-team All-American as a senior. Dunivant also played several years for the Boulder Rapids Reserve team in the Premier Development League.
Upon graduating, Dunivant was selected sixth overall in the 2003 MLS SuperDraft by the San Jose Earthquakes. The Earthquakes had an opening at Dunivant's left back position due to Wade Barrett's departure to Denmark. Dunivant started all thirty of the team's games that year, while scoring one goal and six assists, as the Quakes won the MLS Cup. Dunivant suffered a quadriceps injury in the pre-season of 2004, which caused him trouble throughout the year. He was only able to play in sixteen games, registering no points. He was traded to Los Angeles in the off-season in a four-player deal and played every minute for the team as they won the MLS Cup and U.S. Open Cup double. Dunivant was eventually traded to the New York Red Bulls, where he made twenty-two appearances during the 2006 season.
