Tiwa Or Lalung, is a Sino-Tibetan language of Assam in North East India.
Like most languages of the hill tribes of the northeast, Tiwa does not have its own script and is written in the Roman alphabet, officially in English script. Tiwa is spoken in the following districts (Ethnologue).
