Thundamentals toured extensively around Australia during this time, headlining their own tours and also with international and local acts such as A Tribe Called Quest, Big Boi (of Outkast), MF Doom, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Drapht, The Herd and many more.

Before becoming Thundamentals, the band consisted of DJ Morgs, Tommy Fiasko, MC Jeswon, MC Tuksnatch, MC Ruthless and DJ Clockwork, and was called Connect 4.

Today the band consists of DJ Morgs (Morgan Jones), MC Jeswon (Jesse Ferris), MC Tuka (Brendan Tuckerman) and DJ Poncho (Kevin Kerr).

In 2010, Thundamentals featured at Festival First Night in Sydney.
