Thomas Lynch (November 21, 1844 – May 4, 1898) was an U.S. Representative from Wisconsin.

Born in Granville, Wisconsin which later merged with Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lynch moved to Chilton, Wisconsin in 1864 where he taught school and farmed. In 1875, he graduated from University of Wisconsin Law School and was admitted to the bar. While still in Chilton, Lynch served as district attorney of Calumet County, Wisconsin. He moved to Antigo, Wisconsin in 1883 where he served as mayor in 1885 and 1888. Thomas Lynch also served in the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1873 as an independent and then in 1883 and 1884. He elected as a member of the Democratic Party to the Fifty-second and Fifty-third Congresses (March 4, 1891 – March 3, 1895). He represented Wisconsin's 9th congressional district. He died in Antigo and was buried there.
