Thomas A. Stewart (March 2, 1849 – April 22, 1920) was an American farmer and politician.
Born in Dane County, Wisconsin, Stewart went to the Northwestern Business College and to University of Wisconsin. He was a farmer and stock raiser. He served on the Dane County Board of Supervisors and in local government. He served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1907-1911 and 1913-1915 as a Democrat. He died in Verona, Wisconsin.
