"This House" is a song by English singer Alison Moyet, released in 1991 as the fourth single from her third studio album Hoodoo. It was written by Moyet and produced by Dave Dix.
"This House" was originally recorded during sessions for Moyet's second studio album Raindancing in 1987, however it was not included on the album. Instead, it had been released as the B-Side to the 1987 non-album single "Love Letters". The 7" version included a shorter edit of the track, whereas the "Love Letters" maxi single included a longer version.
"This House" was re-recorded for the Hoodoo album, and was the most successful single from it, reaching number 40 in the UK, and remaining within the Top 100 for five weeks.
A promotional video was filmed for the single. Later in 2009, Moyet would perform the song on The Paul O'Grady Show to help promote her compilation The Best of: 25 Years Revisited.
The single's B-Side is "Come Back Home", which was exclusive to the single. It was written by Moyet and Dave Dix. The two bonus B-Sides for the 12" vinyl and CD versions of the single were "Love Letters" and "That Ole Devil Called Love". Both tracks had previously been released by Moyet as successful singles.
Gwyneth Herbert sings the song on Janette Mason's 2014 album D’Ranged.
