It's anchors include Belk, Dillard's, JCPenney, Macy's, and Sears.
The mall is owned by General Growth Properties (51% share) and Canadian property development company Ivanhoe Cambridge (49%), with General Growth Properties managing the mall on behalf of the venture. The mall itself is situated on just one floor, but all of the anchors (with the exceptions of JCPenney and Sears) were built as two level stores.
The mall serves an extremely large trade area stretching into 11 counties with a population growth rate nearly double the national average. The center also benefits from its close proximity to over 64,000 students attending the nearby University of Florida and Santa Fe College.
