Thammudu (English: Younger Brother) is a 1999 Telugu sports film produced by Burugupalli Sivaramakrishna on Sri Venkateswara Art Films banner, written and directed by P.A. Arun Prasad. Starring Pawan Kalyan, Preeti Jhangiani, Aditi Govitrikar in the lead roles and music composed by Ramana Gogula. The film was an unofficial remake of Aamir Khan's superhit film Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar and was remade in Tamil as Badri and in Kannada as Yuvaraja and in Bengali as Champion.
Subrahmanyam (Pawan Kalyan), the youngest son of a family is a wastrel and a ladies man. His father (Raja Krishnamoorthy) always scolds him but his brother Chakri (Achyuth) who is a boxer, and friend Jaanu (Preeti Jhangiani) dote him. Meanwhile, he falls in love with Lovely (Aditi) and for this he keeps on telling lies to her that he is very rich. Jaanu in the middle truly loves Subrahmanyam and gives him everything he asks her for thinking that he is doing these for her but he does it for lovely. The incidents that led Subrahmanyam to change, the way he realised the true love of Jaanu and the final twist of him becoming a boxing champion is the real plot to be seen.

It was remade in Tamil as Badri (2001 film) and in Kannada as Yuvaraja with Shivaraj kumar in the lead role.
