The Teplice District (Czech: Okres Teplice) is a district in the Czech Republic and is part of the Ústí nad Labem Region along with the districts of Most, Louny, Chomutov, Litoměřice, Děčín and Ústí nad Labem. The Teplice District takes up only about a twelfth of the Ústí nad Labem Region but its central part in a basin between Ore Mountains and hills of the České středohoří is heavily urbanised and densely populated. The total area size of the district is 469.27 square kilometres and the district has a population of 134,163 (population density 285 people per square kilometre). The administrative centre of the district is the city of Teplice.

The largest city in the district with a population of about 55,000. It is also the administrative center of the district. Teplice is the second largest spa town in the Czech Republic, Teplice is also known for FK Teplice, the local football team playing the first Czech Division.

Duchcov is a small town to the south of Teplice. A historical landmark of Duchcov is the Castle of Dux, where Giovanni Casanova spent his final years.
