Edward "Ted" Slevin (born 15 July 1927) was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, playing at representative level for Great Britain and England, and at club level for Wigan and Huddersfield, as a Prop, or Second-row, i.e. number 8 or 10, or, 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums.

Slevin played in Wigan's 20-2 victory over Huddersfield in the Championship Final during the 1949–50 season at Maine Road, Manchester on Saturday 13 May 1950, played in Wigan's victory in the Lancashire County League during the 1949–50 season, and played Right-Prop, i.e. number 10, in the 20-7 victory over Leigh in the 1949 Lancashire County Cup Final during the 1949–50 season at Wilderspool, Warrington on Saturday 29 October 1949.
