Tatsuma Yoshida (吉田 達磨? Yoshida Tatsuma, born June 9, 1974) is a former Japanese football player and manager of Ventforet Kofu.
After being a player in Kashiwa Reysol, he became the successor of Nelsinho Baptista for 2015 season. After only one year, he was dismissed and then signed by Albirex Niigata. The adventure in Niigata wasn't so convincing and he parted way with Albirex before the end of the season. For 2017 season, he appointed by Ventforet Kofu, while Satoru Sakuma stayed as GM.
