Taken is an upcoming American drama series based on the Taken trilogy. The series acts as a prequel to the first film. Clive Standen stars as a younger version of Bryan Mills, the character played by Liam Neeson in the trilogy. The series was commissioned with a straight-to-series-order in September 2015, and began filming on September 14, 2016, on location in Hamilton, Ontario. The funeral scenes were filmed at Christ Anglican Church in Port Stanley, Ontario,Canada.[1]
The show is set to premiere on February 27, 2017, on NBC.
Former Green Beret Bryan Mills must overcome a personal tragedy, in order to get revenge while starting his career as a CIA operative.
