Taj Mohammad Khan (born 5 January 1977) is a former Pakistani cricketer who played a single list-A match for Rawalpindi during the 2002–03 season.

Born in Rawalpindi, early in the 2002–03 season Taj kept wicket for Pakistan Television in the Kardar Trophy, a grade-II departmental tournament. Against , he scored a century, exactly 100, out of a first-innings total of 218, with only one teammate going on to make more runs for the tournament. Based on this form, Taj was selected for Rawalpindi against Peshawar in its last National Bank Patron's Cup match of the season, by which time it had already been eliminated from the competition. Rawalpindi retained its regular wicket-keeper, Mohammad Zubair, with Taj instead playing solely as a batsman. Coming in sixth in the batting order, he went on to make 34 runs from 58 balls in his only list-A innings, with Rawalpindi going on to win by two wickets with five balls remaining. Taj continued to play at lower levels over the next few seasons, playing grade-II Patron's Trophy matches for Pakistan Television and occasional inter-district matches for Rawalpindi District up until the 2007–08 season.
