Taiseer Jaber Al-Jassam (Arabic: تيسير جابر الجاسم, born 25 July 1984) is a Saudi football player who currently captains Al-Ahli, He also plays for the Saudi Arabia national football team.
Since his debut in 2006, Taiseer has been a regular on the squads of both his club team and the national team. Taiseer is a key player, and considered one of the best players in Saudi Arabia in the last 10 years.
Taiseer Al-Jassim helped Al-Ahli win the Saudi Federation Cup and the Saudi Crown Prince Cup in 2007 after scoring a goal in the final match with Ittihad FC club. He also won with his team the Gulf Cup for clubs in front of Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia 2008. He was instrumental also in his involvement in leading Al-Ahli to the Final game AFC Champions League 2012; he also led Al-Ahli to winning the King Cup of Champions in 2011 and 2012.
He was loaned to Al-Gharafa in 2007. He made a quick impact with the Qatar Stars League runners-up as he scored a goal and created another in the Emir Cup before returning to Al-Ahli.
In the Emir Cup 2009, Taiseer scored a goal toAl-Rayyan and they were knockout by penalty kicks 3–3 (4–2) before returning to Al-Ahli at the end of the tournament.
He participated with the Saudi team in the 2007 AFC Asian Cup as a key player in the feet and the level of the tournament, where he scored two goals against the Bahrain national football team. He was in the youth team in the tournament, which reached the final before the Iraq national football team and was one of four players with Malek Mouath, Yasser Al-Qahtani and Abdulrahman Al-Qahtani.
