TCL Multimedia Technology Holdings Limited is a Chinese company based in Shenzhen (but incorporated in the Grand Cayman, the Cayman Islands; listed in Hong Kong) which manufacture television and other consumer electronics. It is a subsidiary of TCL Corporation for 52.10% shares (via "TCL Industries Holdings (HK) Ltd."). Leshi Zhixin (via HK incorporated "Letv ZhiXin Investment (HK) Ltd."), an associate company of Le.com, also owned 20.09% shares.
