Syracuse is a village in Meigs County, Ohio, United States, along the Ohio River. The population was 826 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.96 square miles (2.49 km2), of which 0.93 square miles (2.41 km2) is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 km2) is water.
As of the census of 2010, there were 826 people, 360 households, and 248 families residing in the village. The population density was 888.2 inhabitants per square mile (342.9/km2). There were 418 housing units at an average density of 449.5 per square mile (173.6/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 97.2% White, 0.8% African American, 0.4% Native American, 0.1% Asian, and 1.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.1% of the population.
There were 360 households of which 29.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.2% were married couples living together, 13.9% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 31.1% were non-families. 28.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
