Sun is a village in the northeastern corner of St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 470 at the 2010 census. It is part of the New OrleansMetairieKenner Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 4.5 square miles (12 km2), of which 4.3 square miles (11 km2) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2) (3.14%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 471 people, 193 households, and 134 families residing in the village. The population density was 109.0 inhabitants per square mile (42.1/km²). There were 217 housing units at an average density of 50.2 per square mile (19.4/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 85.99% White, 11.46% African American, 0.42% Native American, 0.42% Asian, and 1.70% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.42% of the population.
