Stop Out, an association football club in Lower Hutt, New Zealand is based at Hutt Park, Gracefield in Lower Hutt.

The Stop Out organisation started in 1919 with the aim of providing recreation to Te Aro Flat children in Wellington associated with the Wellington City Mission so as to prevent them becoming "stop outs" - period slang for "troubled youth". The organisation became involved with several sports over the course of its history, notably athletics, softball and boxing, but as of 2013 focuses on football. Despite the change of sporting-code focus, the club highly values the founding principles and continues to abide by them. The football branch, established in 1929 as the club Moera Stop Out, changed its name to Stop Out in 1932. The club won the Chatham Cup in 1956, and was runner-up in the National League in 1977. In 1983 and 1984 Stop Out won the Central League title. The club was also involved with cricket,as Moera Stop out thenTrafalgar Stop out then Eastern Districts,Rugby Union as Moera stop out who then changed codes to become a member of the fledgling Wellington Rugby League as Randwick. The Boxing club was eventually known as Railways and became N Z 's most notable club under the legendary coach Dick Dunn. After some years in recess this club has been revived as Billy Grahams Railways in Nae Nae.The club also had a successful women's Tug of war team in the 1930s and a women's Hockey branch which was originally Trafalgar Stop out before changing the name to Eastern Stop Out's senior club has grown to eight men's teams. In the 2006 season the club's first team played in Central League for the first time in over a decade. In the 2008 season the team was relegated and as of 2014 plays in the Central Premier League. The club fields three teams in the Masters Divisions and a further four teams in the Capital League (Capital 1, Capital 4, Capital 7 and Capital 9 (as of 2017)).
