Steven Ellery (born 22 August 1974 in Melbourne) is a retired Australian racing driver known from V8 Supercars.

Ellery started racing in karts before graduation to Formula Ford in 1992. After running near the front of the Formula Ford pack racing a Van Diemen in 1993 Ellery moved his family run team into the category series later to become known as the Australian Super Touring Championship driving first a Ford Sierra in 1994 then a BMW 318i in 1995 where he again became a near front runner. Ellery made his first V8 Supercar appearance driving with Super Touring rival Phil Ward's Holden Commodore VP at the 1994 Bathurst 1000, before joining Longhurst Racing in 1996 as the team expanded to a second V8 Supercar Ford Falcon. This would be short-lived with Ellery again choosing to run a family-run team with his father Bruce Ellery at the helm. Since 1994 Ellery has made 120 V8 Supercar championship starts. He has recorded three podium finishes at the Bathurst 1000, was close to winning it before one of the front tyres wore out when paired with Longhurst. Ellery has not raced V8 Supercars full-time in the series since the end of the 2005, when he was in the Triple Eight Race Engineering team alongside Craig Lowndes. He has since raced a partial season in the 2007 Carrera Cup Championship. Since then he has raced at the V8 Supercar endurance races with teams such as Paul Morris Motorsport and Garry Rogers Motorsport.
