Stare Masiewo [ˈstarɛ maˈɕɛvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Narewka, within Hajnówka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Narewka, 25 km (16 mi) east of Hajnówka, and 60 km (37 mi) south-east of the regional capital Białystok.
